Client Description

Carringum is one of Ballarat’s newest medium density housing estates, situated in the popular western growth corridor.

With several competitors in the market, we were required to rebrand Carringum and create content to highlight the many benefits of the location, giving it a strong appeal to new home buyers. Website functionality was essential, ensuring a potential buyer could quickly and easily gather information about land availability, prices and contact details.

Outcome

Fresh images and a new layout were key to making the Carringum site ‘pop’ from the moment a site user landed on the page.

A video highlighting the many assets of Ballarat captures audience attention on the home page, and is accompanied by a map to show the locations of each asset in relation to Carringum’s location.

A menu bar with drop down options gives potential buyers ease of access to land availability, master plans, house and land packages, and lot prices. Importantly, each page features contact details so buyers can pick up the phone as soon as they’re ready and talk to agents that are standing by for their call.
